gacũmbĩrĩ
- summit, peak. Summit, peak, top. The highest point or apex of a mountain, hill, or elevated place.
Example: Nĩ gũkorũo ngũmona ndĩ o haha gacũmbĩrĩ-inĩ ka ndwaro ici cia mahiga; (For from the top of the crags I see him,); Naguo riri wa Jehova ũrĩ o igũrũ gacũmbĩrĩ ga kĩrĩma kĩu ũkĩonwo nĩ ciana cia Isiraeli-rĩ, wahaanaga ta mwaki wa kũninana. (To the Israelites the glory of the L ord was seen as a consuming fire on the top of the mountain. Ex 19:18; Heb 12:18.)
