Now. Temporal adverb indicating the present time or moment (rĩu nĩ hĩndĩ = now is the time). Also used as a discourse marker to transition to a new point or conclusion.

Example: "Nĩkii irigũ rĩu rĩa ĩra ogũo?" — What is the name of that mountain over there?
