mũkĩĩgu
- fool. Fool. A person lacking wisdom, judgment, or sense; one who acts unwisely or imprudently.
Example: Ndũkaaneeneane kũrĩ mũndũ mũkĩĩgu, kana ũthutũkanie andũ nĩ ũndũ wa indo. (Do not abase yourself before a fool; do not refuse to do so before rulers.); Meciiria ma mũndũ mũkĩĩgu matariĩ ta nyũngũ nguũ, matirĩ ũmenyi mangĩnyiitĩra. (A fool’s mind is like a broken jar: it cannot hold any knowledge at all.)
