1. divining, fortune-telling. Divining. The practice of attempting to foretell future events or discover hidden knowledge through supernatural means; used to describe those who practice divination or consult spirits.

Example: Nĩ gũkorũo ndũrĩrĩ icio ũkegwatĩra ituĩke ciaku, nĩciiguaga andũ arĩa maragũragia, o na arĩa maragũraga; no rĩrĩ, ha ũhoro waku-rĩ, Jehova Ngai waku ndakũrekete wĩke maũndũ macio.
